About Me

I’ve spent my career predominately working at the intersection of people and systems - supporting talent development, inclusion and organisational growth. Along the way, I noticed a common theme: many capable people were progressing successfully, yet privately questioning whether they felt fulfilled.

Throughout in my own career, I’ve experienced that same pull: progressing and performing, yet quietly questioning whether things felt aligned. I know how easy it is to chase the next milestone without pausing to ask whether it truly fits.

That tension, between external success and internal clarity, is what draws me deeper into coaching. It's what I write and think about now.

I trained on an EMCC accredited Level 5 coaching programme and hold a CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development. My writing has been featured in Black Ballad, Metro UK and Yellow Eve.

If that tension feels familiar, you're in the right place.

What matters to me

Staying curious - I'm always reading, reflecting and questioning. It feeds everything I write and every conversation I have.

Creating space - I believe the best thinking happens when people feel genuinely heard. That's what I try to build, in writing and in coaching.

Seeing people clearly - not just who they are now, but who they're becoming. That's what drives the work.

Finding a different angle - I'm drawn to the unconventional take, the reframe that shifts how something feels.

Embracing the full picture - I don't think we're meant to be just one thing. And I think variety makes life richer too.
